#24in48 Readathon Sign-Up!

Aw yiss readathon! I’m still slumping a little reading-wise (but thankfully I seem to be surging ahead in writing–I wrote 30,000 words in four days! That’s uncalled for from me!), so this is very much a needed thing for me. I’ll also be signing up for BoB 20 when that comes around, but we’ve still got 7 weeks. 😀

This is my first time taking part in #24in48, so I’m curious to see how I’ll do. If you’re wondering what exactly it is, here’s a little blurb from the sign-up post (that’s the link btw):

If you’re new to 24in48, this is the basic gist: beginning at 12:01am on Saturday morning and running through 11:59pm on Sunday night, participants read for 24 hours out of that 48-hour period. You can split that up however you’d like: 20 hours on Saturday, four hours on Sunday; 12 hours each day; six four-hour sessions with four hour breaks in between, whatever you’d like.

Now, when is this taking place? July 22 & 23rd

Now, I have no idea what my TBR will be when this rolls around, so that’ll come when it comes, but I’ll be updating on my Twitter and then a wrap-up will come about on this very blog you’re reading.

Sound good? I think so! Let me know if you’re planning on joining, so I can follow you on whatever platform you’ll be using. It might motivate me to do better.

Thanks for reading!

  1. Awesome word count! I forget, are you doing Camp NaNoWriMo?

Would love to do #24in48 but I don’t know if I can swing it that weekend. Maybe… I’ll think about it! I’m definitely in for BoB 20 in August though!
